On a screen you see a red and green shadow of a tetrahedron or people moving on the opposite side of the screen. They are illuminated there by a red and green lamp. If you look at the shadows of the object or people through glasses with red and green filters, both eyes receive two shadows of the same object that are offset from each other. The brain constructs three-dimensional figures from this.
