Friends of Technorama (SGPT)

Friends of Technorama (SGPT) is the public support group of the Swiss Science Center Technorama. As a member you support Technorama in its mission to foster an understanding of science and technology among the general public, especially among the youth. With a financially advantageous membership, the aim of SGPT is to encourage visits to Technorama and thereby increase the understanding of science and technology among the general public and in particular to enthuse young people for it at an early age.
Owing to their annual membership fee, members are actively committed not only to countering the current lack of well-educationed and motivated professionals in the STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in Switzerland, also to generally supporting young people in discovery-based learning.

SGPT members receive a personal membership card which entitles them to free admission to Technorama as often as they wish. In addition, they benefit with a 10% reduction in the Technorama Shop (except on books and special offers). All members are invited to an Annual General Meeting, with special attractions and an aperitif in Technorama.
