For half an hour, we will present your group with amazing experiments and together we will discover what our brain is capable of, what it is incapable of and how it sometimes leads us up the garden path. For example, there are our color receptors that can be stimulated in such a way that we perceive colors “incorrectly”. Or what is it about upside-down faces whose facial expressions we suddenly see completely differently? Did you know that afterimages of movements can be deliberately erased and that our brain can recognize texts that our eyes cannot see completely? This presentation uses a few examples to provide an insight into what is probably the most amazing natural phenomenon – the human brain.

An aperitif or a visit to the “Kopfwelten” exhibition round off this presentation perfectly. However, it can also be booked independently of a visit to this exhibition.
