A flywheel with two rotating discs can be driven at one station - either both discs rotate at high speed in the same direction or in opposite directions. If you sit down on a swivel-mounted chair with this flywheel and tilt the axis of the flywheels rotating in the same direction, the whole chair starts to rotate! But what happens when the two flywheels rotate in opposite directions?
