The face always seems to be looking at us, it turns to the left when we walk to the left and vice versa, or up or down when we change our viewing height. When we approach it, we realise what is behind it: the face is curved inwards, i.e. hollow. But the brain interprets the face as normal, which, however, moves strangely.
