An ordinary fluorescent light tube without the phosphorescent white coating is a clear glass highway for the bi-directional procession of luminous blue balls from the center out to either ends. The rough assembly of a transformer, wires and electronics sits adjacent to this tube as if the inventor has just left the room in mid-experiment.
